Q. What file format and encoding rate will my downloads be?
A. The music files offered for download are 320kbps and 192 kbps MP3 format providing great quality and flexibility. On some newer tracks the uncompressed WAV files are also available. None of the files offered have any Digital Rights Management (DRM). This means you are free to use as you wish in whatever format you wish (eg. burn to CD, play on your PC / Mac, DJ with in Ableton etc).
Q. Who are TrackItDown?
A. TrackItDown.net is our Digital Download partner. Based in the UK, they are one of the leading dance music digital downloads specialists. Rather than attempting to create our own store we felt it was best to team with a partner who has access to the best releases from around the world. You won't find Kylie or Robbie Williams in our store, but you will find the best in dance music!
Q. I can’t find a track that I want, what should I do?
A. If you are looking for a specific title that is unavailable from our site please contact TrackItDown so they can try to obtain it for you. info@trackitdown.net
Q. Can I share my downloads with friends?
A. No. Anyone found distributing, sharing or copying our MP3 files will have their account suspended and face prosecution by the relevant authorities. By paying the small download price you are supporting the artists and record labels, this enables them to keep providing new music.
Piracy will not be tolerated.
Q. I purchased the wrong track, can I get a refund?
A.
No. You should check the tracks listed in your basket before completing the payment process.
Q. I run a record label, can I sell my music on inthemix Digital Downloads?
A. Please contact us with further information about your company and the music you release. We're keen to get more Australian labels represented, so get in touch and let's get you online! Contact our sales team by completing the online form
Q. I am an unsigned artist, can I sell my music on inthemix Digital Downloads?
